For essay 1, does anyone have some good examples of Elizabeth's pride or sin? Downfall is easy; Victor was her downfall in that he created the monster that killed her. Would sin be her hooking up with her cousin Victor? Just joking. But seriously, does it have to be her sin or pride in order to count?

any one have a definition that they are using?... i was thinking possibly thoughts that contradict the status quo of a society or its government. for example, in 1984, thought crimes are any thought’s or actions that portray thoughts that might be in any way radical to the position of the gov, in this case that would include thinking too profoundly or acting abnormal..
